Fitness: Every Woman’s Dream

“Fitness” is something all the women in the world crave for. At first, not many women were concerned about their weight but now, everyone seems to be worried about losing that extra weight. Women in Asia, in particular, are getting conscious about their weight to an extreme level. Although the American women are considered to have a fit physique, yet this ratio is less than that in Asia. Asian women are trying their best to look fit and slim everyday. There is nothing that concerns them more than fitness. If we talk about women of Pakistan, they are just ahead of everyone in this matter. Losing weight by any mean is their first priority. Crash diets, exercises, yoga routines, medication and a lot more other routines are what these women adopt in regard of losing weight.

Exercising till your last breath

There are different types of exercising routines that require you to hop and jump in order to lose that extra weight on your body. Women in Pakistan are so obsessed with getting that perfect body that they won’t stop exercising unless they drop on the floor. The women think the more they work out, the faster they will lose weight. They don’t really care about their health. Exercising too much can be harmful as well. Your muscles get in such a habit of exercising that they can’t stay fit without it even for a day. That means you don’t get to live one day without exercising.

A major reason of women getting so obsessed with becoming fit is the media. The media intentionally or unintentionally shows the fact that thinner women always look better than the plus sized ones. And the size of “thin” is extremely weak and almost impossible to attain if you are a plus sized. But women in Pakistan go for drugs and all sorts of wrong stuff just to get that perfectly toned body that they’ve seen on television.

Our inspirations

There are super models in the world that are fit every time we see them. The women in Pakistan, rather all over Asia, are so inspired by them that they want to be in their shoes. There are some kinds of dresses that are only made for models as they are very thin and the regular women can’t wear them. The obsession of getting thin has been raised to such an extent that even older women want to wear those dresses. Even after their forties, they want to look young and fresh. And one of the greatest misconceptions is the fact that you look fresher if you’re fitter. But if you’re getting fir by using drugs or crash diets, how do you plan to look fresh?

Many super models of Asia are so thin and they look glamorous all the time. We are persuaded by them into getting fit by any mean. Some of the women who have crossed their thirties plan on getting the size zero figures. That’s completely insane! All the models look good on screen only; they aren’t as beautiful or fresh as they might look to you. Open your eyes and stop this everlasting obsession that the young women are getting into!.

After mixing, apply this smooth paste evenly on your face for at least 20 minutes or so. Wash it off after 20 minutes with lukewarm water.

Almonds And Milk
This homemade facemask for blemishes works wonderfully. To prepare this mask you need to soak 7 almonds over night in water. Next morning add some milk and grind these soaked almonds. Apply this paste on your face and let it dry for 20 minutes or so. For better results, you need to use this face pack regularly.

Orange Peel Pack
Use ground orange peel, lemon peel powder, yogurt and honey. Mix all these ingredients properly and then apply on your face. Allow it to stay on your skin for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Apply ice cubes on your face afterwards to close open pores. After that, moisturize your skin.

Mint Leaves
It is very effective and easy to make face pack. In order to prepare this face pack, you need to mix water and mint leaves and grind properly to form a paste. Apply this paste evenly on your face and let it dry. Wash it off using lukewarm water and splash cold water. Pat dry your skin and apply any good moisturizer. Kafoor aur khopray ka oil mix ker k laganay say khushki khatum ho jati hai. Khopray kay oil mein kafoor mamooli si miqdaar mein daal lain aur aik bottle mein mix ker k rakh lain aur rozana raat ko sonay say pehlay laga liya karain. Khushki mein kami ho jaye gi.
2 khanay kay chamach, meethi dana lain aur inko raat bher kay liye paani mein bhigo dain. Subah isko chaan lain aur paste bna lain. Iss paste ko sir per aadhay ghantay kay liye lagain aur baad mein soap-nut kay solution say sir dho lain. Haftay mein 2 baar yeh amal dohrain, khushki khatum ho jaye gi.
Khushki ko khatum kernay kay liye baloon mein namak lagain aur massage karain. Iskay baad shampoo ker lain.
Tulsi aur neem kay pattay lay ker paani mein ubaal lain. Iss pani say sir dho lain. Yeh amal rozana kernay say khushki khatum ho jaye gi.
Neem ka juice ¼ cup, khopray ka doodh ¼ cup, chokander ka juice ¼ cup aur 1 chaye ka chamach khopray ka oil lain. In tamam ajza ko mix karain aur sir ki jild per lagain. 20 minute kay liye laga rehnay dain aur phir shampoo ker lain. Haftay mein 1 bar istemaal kernay say khushki kum ho jaye gi.
2 teaspoons baking soda lain aur paani kay chand qatroon mein mix ker lain. Ab iss paste ko sir ki jild per lagain aur kuch dair k liye massage karain. Phir shampoo ker lain. jald he ferq paray ga.
Lemmon ka juice lain aur sir ki jild per lagain. Chahain tou leemoon kay chiloon say sir ki jild per massage karain. 15 say 20 minute kay liye sir ki jild per laga rehnay dain aur sir dho lain.

Girtay baloon kay liye totkay:

Sarsoon ka oil aur henna kay pattoon ko garam ker lain. Uss waqt tuk garam karain jub tuk pattay brown na ho jain. Is oil ko chaan lain aur rozana baloon mein massage karain. Girtay baloon ka masla khatum ho jaye ga.
Aik lemon ka juice aur aik adad anda lain aura chi terha mix ker k sir per laga lain. 1 ghantay kay baad sir dho lain. Iss say baal mazboot hon gay aur girna kum hoon gay.
Lemon kay chilkay raat bher k liye paani mein bhigo lain aur subah uth ker iss say baal dho lain. Bal mazboot aur chamakdaar hon gay.
Aik pao massor kid al mein aik adad anda mila ker chaaon mein khushk kernay k liye rakh dain. Khushk ho janay pe is ko pees ker rakh lain. Iss say sir dhonay say baal girna kum ho jatay hain.
Haftay mein 3 din baal dhonay say pehlay sarsoon aur castor oil mila ker baloon mein lagain. Iss say baal girna kum ho jain gay.

Lambay baloon k laye sarsoon ka oil bohut mufeed hai. Nahanay say 2, 3 ghantay pehlay sarsoon ka oil baloon mein lagain aur baal dho lain. Baal ghanay aur lambay ho jain gay.
Khoopray kay oil ko garam ker kay baloon mein massage karain. Is ko kum say kum 2 ghanatay baloon mein laga rehnay dain aur phir baal dho lain. baal mazboot aur lambay ho gay.
