2. Warzish krna wazan barhane  k liye aik tariqa

Warzish apko sehatmand rkhney mein both madad deti hai. Agar ap chahtey hein k apki sehat thek rhe or ap jo khaen wo apko sehatmand to krey magar ap bilawja motey na honey paen, ye both behter hai k ap warzish kren. a. Dopeher main 45 minutes ki at least nap lain.
