Aankh main din main 4 say 6 baar arq-e-gulaab ka istmaal karen. Kuch din kay istemaal say bohat faida hota hai. Aankh k degar amraaz k liay b ye totka behter hai.
Bakri kay doodh main rooee k phaye bhigo kar aankho par rakhain. Chand din aisa karnay say aankhoon ki surkhi door ho jaye ge. Warna doctor say rabta karain.
Aankh mein din main 4-6 baar arq-e-gulaab ka istmaal karen. Kuch din k istmaal say bohat faida hota hai. Aankh k degar amraaz k liay b ye totka behter hai.
Dhoop mein janay say guraiz karain. Ager jana lazmi ho tou dhoop ka chashma lagain.
Ghar wapis aa ker thanday paani say aankhain dho lain. Iss say aankhoon mein jalan aur dard nahi ho ga.
